Services Provided
Speaking Directly to a Specific, Frustrated Job Seeker
ScaleUp helps IT professionals - including OPT, STEM OPT and H1B candidates - land roles in the competitive US job market, applying on their behalf with AI-precision, ATS-optimized resumes. We built a site that opens by naming the exact experience the visitor already knows: getting ghosted after applications.

Competing for Trust in a Market Full of Broken Promises
International IT job seekers on OPT, STEM OPT and H1B timelines face a uniquely high-stakes, time-pressured job search, and have usually already tried - and been disappointed by - other services claiming to help.
We built a WordPress site around ScaleUp's specific framework and guarantees, so it could differentiate on structure and transparency rather than competing on generic promises.
Goal
Replacing Vague Promises With a Flat-Fee, No-Subscription Structure
The goal was to differentiate from typical resume-writing services by leading with a concrete, four-phase acceleration framework and transparent, flat-fee pricing instead of vague 'we'll help you get hired' messaging.
A visible results section (applications sent, responses, interviews) gives skeptical job seekers - who've likely tried other services - a reason to trust the numbers instead of the marketing copy.
Challenge
Building Trust With Visitors Who've Already Been Burned
This audience has typically already spent money on resume services or job boards with little to show for it. The challenge was building enough credibility that a genuinely skeptical visitor would still convert.
The solution led with the frustration itself ('Stop Getting Ghosted'), then answered it immediately with a no-subscription, flat-fee structure and a money-back guarantee, removing the two objections this audience raises first.
Process
Building for Visitors Who Need Convincing, Not Just Informing
Knowing the target audience had likely been burned by similar services before, the process prioritised the pricing table and results/social-proof section earliest in the build, rather than treating them as page filler added later.
The site was kept deliberately simple and fast throughout development, since a skeptical audience abandoning a slow page was a bigger risk than a page that looked underdesigned.
Technology
A WordPress Build Focused on Conversion Clarity
A custom WordPress theme built around a clear pricing table and a visible results/social-proof section, kept simple and fast since this audience is evaluating multiple competing services quickly.
FAQ and pricing content were structured so ScaleUp's team can update program details directly as the service evolves, without needing a developer for routine changes.
Impact
A Site Built to Convert an Already-Skeptical Visitor
The rebuilt site gives ScaleUp a homepage that names its visitor's frustration directly, then answers it with flat-fee pricing and a clear framework - built to convert job seekers who've already tried, and been let down by, other services.
